This one was interesting...
Looks like a struck through, weight is 2.6g so late 82 zincoln.
On obverse the IN GOD, the letters are rolled up into the edge like a design creep?

A coin counter/vending machine might have damaged the tops of the motto in that area.

I did notice that the lettering was very thick. Kind of one of those one-off coins. I think I'll keep looking around tobsee if I can find something to compare it to

The 1982 large date coins look to have a lot larger set of devices on all of them. The small date has smaller devices and profile on them:
