A large die chip or IDB. Not sure if it's large enough to be an Internal Die Break... Similar to the 1980 listed here http://cuds-on-coins.com/lincoln-ce...b-1959-2008/

Rough guesstimate looks about 3mm I think idb's are over 4mm but it's close
