The only part of the legend I can read is SANCTUS. Any help appreciated.

Not a perfect match, but definitely on the right track. The Sanctus Kilianus is on my coin. And I believe the obverse says Herbipolensis, the same as this schilling. I don't see a date on my coin though?

St Kilian should divide the date. It may be that the corrosion covers the date.

I'm reading the obverse as MO NO ARG HERBIPOLENSIS [date].

Some googling indicates that the date is likely 1625, but might also be a different nearby date. I think I'm seeing 1629 on this example specifically.
This thread has an 1625 example (search for "HERBIPOLENSIS"), which does look very similar.

(Just a bit too late for HFBCWG-3, sorry.)

I agree. You can make out "6Z9" on the rev between 5 and 6 o'clock (your pic is actually upside down). I think that the attribution on this Wurzburg schilling is Krause KM#77.
