Hello all, I found this roll hunting today. Could this be a clipped planchet? Or should I assume that it's been tampered with since it has a strange blue/rainbowish finish? I've been noticing this color in quite a few coins recently..I attached a photo at an odd angle to show the finish that I'm talking about.

It is hard to tell from the pictures but it does looks to have the "Blakesley effect". Try to look at "UNITED" and see if the letters flow toward the clip.
