I am wondering what a possible grade on this one is, I remember seeing that 1979 business strike had blotching/discoloring issues and this one has really great color still.

The color is ok . the grade MS-63-64RD . Distinguishable hits on obverse.

Lot of stuff going on in the fields.

MS-63RD

HINT: When looking for gems from the 70's, first look at the fields. The less distractions there the chances are better for a higher grade. Generally, in my mind, the order of importance: luster>fields>stains>hits>strike.
