Again not rare (and not even a TV show) but that one just made me laugh.
In the vidoclip of a Metallica song Murder one we get to see Gibraltar 1 Pound (Neanderthal skull) used in slot machine.

I watch "Pawn Stars" a lot. A recent episode I saw had a guy trying to sell a set of Oregon trail half dollars. I felt like the "price" he got seemed on the low end, but the coins we're all unslabbed and it made sense that the valuation of them would be an approximation.
