Is this fake? Seems too good to be true especially with a first time seller and 4 available.

I'd take a chance but I've been getting burned too much on ebay lately.

No returns? I'd stay away. I can't find these on the no-no site, but that should be taken with a grain of salt. The coin might be genuine, but the listing is most likely fraudulent. I doubt you would even get a coin.

nss-52 I think it would be helpful to explain what the arrows are pointing out.

They are pointing at the differences in the 3 and the 8 in the date. There should be no differences.

Further more, look at the thickness of the sun rays on the suspect coin vs. the genuine.

That, and the fact that the seller is also offering a 128-coin Walking Liberty half lot just all lumped together without attribution or good pictures. Makes me suspect everything this seller offers is fake or scam listings.

Stay far away.

The mintmark shape is distorted and the position looks off. Grainy surfaces don't appeal and the fact that the seller apparently has "4 available" is suspicious as well.

This coin is easily found; you should look elsewhere.
Rest in Peace

Definitely a hole I want to fill one day but it just wasn't worth the risk. It took several hours to sell out so that is a good sign people were skeptical. Usually a great deal on ebay only lasts several minutes. Thanks everyone for the input.. If one of you did buy them let us know how turns out. If it's real you owe me one :)

As a general rule, if a deal is too good to be true it's probably a fake
