2006 D Licolon Unkown Error Please Help.

coop Bedrock of the Community United States 62064 Posts	Posted 06/03/2016 12:54 pm Looks like an example of slight machine damage on the devices. Note the date? The devices are a bit smaller/reduced than what a normal cent would be. Note the second image. (upside down view) The lighting show the devices enlarged a bit, but the image above that shows the devices smaller. So lighting and MD is what I feel is deceiving us on this one. There's nothing that can be done about the MD (which is a form of worthless doubling). You can however, experiment with your lighting some to get more accurate and clearer pictures of your coins. When you do that, better pictures will help you get better answers, and enable you to learn the intricacies in variety and error coins. There is also a photography section here too, where you can pick up a few simple tips. This is a fun place, full of good people. We all help each other. I look forward to your next post.
