What Grade Would You Give This 1946 Iowa State Commemorative Half Dollar?

It has great detail and was shocked I found it CRH. Pulled it from a roll out of a $500 dollar box. They only minted 100,000 of these and Iowa still has 500 of them they will release in 2046. It's got wear and it was obviously put into circulation, but I'm betting only deposited to the bank once. My dad gave me one for my 53rd birthday not that long ago.
