billjones Pillar of the Community United States 1499 Posts	Posted 06/15/2016 8:30 pm NGC graded this piece MS-62. It has a satin finish which graders don't seem to like. Still the surfaces are original and have never been dipped. I think it is an MS-63. By the way I bought this piece from a camera (mostly), record and coin store in Rehoboth Beach, Delaware in the mid 1960s. It was called Rogers Photo.
