Everyone thanks again!
I don't have any friends or family members who collect coins so I rarely show my collection due to lack of interest, so showing off a few examples of my commems and getting your replies sure does feel good. I am glad I found this forum. I hear you "nickelsearcher", they are at a low and getting at such a low price point feels great, I don't understand how these are not more popular given their beauty, variety rarity in mintage. I don't know if I will ever progress to Gold Commemoratives, do you hear of others who collect them? I got the opportunity to see a MS64 PanPac octagonal and its a beauty in person.
"iontyre", it is one of my favorites, I have a couple raw examples and one that I feel should be sent in for grading, it looks sharper than my 64, but I see one milk spot that makes me wonder if it has been dipped in the past...
"Half", I love the Norse, I purchased it raw and sent it for grading, I was happy with the 63, I know they are not commemoratives, but I couldn't resist since the vikings/boat theme coins are so fun...I don't understand why this viking seems to be wearing a bra though. lol
I will likely purchase my Hawaiian soon, before the end of the year so I hope I won't be competing with any of you, thanks again for the kudos and advice, and I will update y'all when I get her in hand.
