US Mint - The United States Mint will begin accepting orders for Nancy Reagan First Spouse Gold Coins (product codes 16SE and 16SF) starting on July 1 at noon Eastern Time (ET).
The obverse (heads) features a portrait of Mrs. Reagan with the inscriptions "NANCY REAGAN," "IN GOD WE TRUST," "LIBERTY," "2016," "40th," and "1981-1989." The obverse was designed by United States Mint Artistic Infusion Program (AIP) Designer
Benjamin Sowards and sculpted by United States Mint Sculptor-Engraver
Joseph Menna.
The reverse (tails) features Mrs. Reagan with her arms around two children during her anti-drug campaign to "just say no." Inscriptions are "UNITED STATES OF AMERICA," "E PLURIBUS UNUM," "$10," "1/2 OZ.," and ".9999 FINE GOLD." The reverse was designed by AIP Designer
