I can't tell if this just a "bubble" under the copper or if this is a mint error. Any thoughts?

Looks like a linear plating bubble to me. No added value.

To me it appears as coin contact on that area. It appears the metal was forced upward and it looks like a bubble. But a LPB wouldn't have an incuse mark on the coin. This looks like it does have one. Either way they are just a common event and adds no premium to the coin.
