Joey, this is a modern coin so It should be on the modern error and variety forum. Also, your pictures are very blurry and I cannot tell if that is a IMM or not . Try to get some better pics.

Moved to the US Modern Variety and Error forum since we are talking about a variety.

The pictures are pretty blurry as mentioned above. However, it appears your coin has the trumpet tail mint mark (MMS-004) in its normal orientation. The famous inverted mint mark for this date is the ball serif mint mark (MMS-006).

Sorry. my mistake seems to be maybe OMM S/D or as stated "grnwavdav" as I took closer look. Seems great strike and thickness of MM was what was throwing me a curve. Bottom still looks ball serif though. At last glance looked more S/D. though the thickness makes for seeing open areas between serifs little difficult.

I'll get more pic and what you'll think. For some reason I was under impression '64 & earlier were classic, '64 above modern. and I know should've been in error post. I'll check into & see where line is for classic, modern separates.

Thanks for input.

Hey Joey. Sorry for any confusion but I don't believe you the the S/D OMM either. The mint mark position looks too high on your coin for that variety. But clearer pictures would help make a better determination.

Also on the trumpet tail the bottom serif is a ball. you do not have the Inverted Mintmark or the Over Mintmmark
