Fit4Gold Valued Member United States 62 Posts	Posted 07/01/2016 12:52 am Hello coin community still new to this coin collecting thing just wondering if I could get some help recognizing a few errors on these pennies of they are errors.Any help would be greatly appreciated community. 1981penny= not a full 9 or 8. 1990 penny= lamination around the penny front and back is not fully finished. 1974 copper penny= a weird mark/indentions left over from the Press machine I am thinking. They find coins with PMD or very minor errors. Errors like die chips or Machine Doubling have very little ...or no value over face value. My suggestion would be to purchase a book like " Cherry Pickers Guide" Use the guide to look for know errors. Most of all, have fun with your collecting. Report this Post to the Staff
