Curious What You All Think Of This Graded 1915-D Wheat Penny With Color.

vent1020 New Member United States 21 Posts	Posted 07/01/2016 10:56 am So, I obtained this coin and am actually selling it on ebay. But I think I may send it in to get regraded. So, my questions are: 1. First off, do you think it may come back in a details holder(questionable color) if I get it regraded? I mean it made it through the first time, but is in an old fatty holder, so maybe NGC wasn't as strict back then. 2. Do you think it could possibly go up a grade? 3. And three, if you think it is legit, should I send it back in to NGC or to PCGS? Thanks for any input. I really appreciate your input.
