64 also. Could be the lighting but looks like the luster across the profile is weak or gone which would keep it from a 65 grade

I agree with you guys and examining this coin in hand I can't find why NGC gave this a MS63. Oh well...I paid around 63 money for it so I should be happy. I love the toning.

Cheek looks clean enough for a 65, but the marks on the reverse bring her down to a 64.
