Haven't got it in hand yet but was wondering what you thought the grade would be. The large scratch on the head is on the case not the coin. I noticed a few small "spots" (between the 1 and the 9 on the observe and a small one above "trust".) Thanks!

I would also say 65/66 with a lean to the 65. And no chance of a Cameo..
