This is a modern impression (not quite a copy) of a pirate coin, an eight escudos of Peru, circa 1710. They sell them on the boardwalk at the beach in pirate/kite/novelty stores.

@paulg, first, welcome to CCF. Second, yes I agree with pistareen that this is a modern riff on a pirate coin. It has no numismatic value.
