Looks like a crude forgery of a Spanish American coin, but it's hard to tell anything else from the photos.

It is a copy of a pirate coin, a "Royal" piece of eight, with pillars and waves, ostensibly from Lima, Peru, and dated 1722. It is not a bad copy with most things in about the right place, quite artistic really, and likely of recent manufacture. Enjoy using it in any pirate-themed activity!
