People would hesitate to buy this as a typical MS65RB example. The wheat line has obvious scruff marks if they are not on the holder. So could be over graded 2 points higher at ANACS, which happens all the time for well connected dealers. This is why PCGS>NGC>>ANACS Report this Post to the Staff
