Since when is receiving good customer service a cause for concern?

My rep is pretty good with my random questions and requests but I'd be suspicious of the upper levels and 1-800 reps. They constantly contradict one another. And themselves. I've bought just 10 5-coin lucky loonie packs so far this MC cycle so I'm not sure if he will still remain my rep for long.

I'm curious to know if anyone has a female rep.

My Rep is C.H. - Very happy with services he has provided. (ie not female - LOL) My only objection to having a rep is following my orders online. If I place a web order - I see my order appear right away. If I place it through my rep - sometimes it doesn't appear right away, it will always appears sooner or later, but just a bit of a pet peeve of mine.

Some of my orders don't appear at all. Or inaccurately

This is old topic, but the question is suitable here: Just today, got the email (not personal, assuming I just in the mailing list) from "my years ago" RCM rep, and mail not coins related, but financial services, that the person provides nowdays. The name is real and the picture in signature as well, and the position very fit the person, but I never spoke with him about this. Could it be some very tricky electronic phishing or everything normal, cause the person still has my eMail from the RCM times?

If you reply and it's legit tell X.X. I say hello. Lol. I got that email too. The job would suit him but I'm very surprised to be hearing from him regarding anything other than RCM related business. I thought it was very odd as well. I might call the business mentioned in the email directly and ask if he in fact works there. Just seems weird either way. (Edited to remove initials of former rep)

If your former rep used your contact information, that he accessed as result of a former employer, I would seriously question utilizing his services.

As far as my dealings with him as a RCM rep, I'd give him a 9.5/10. If I ran into him at his new job, and knew it was my former rep, I'd likely utilize his services based on past dealings. But under the circumstances, I'm still wondering if it's actually legit. It just seems weird to be using the email address I submitted to the RCM for other services not relate to the RCM.
