which has more minted the blue pack ikes or the brown box.
my reason is that the blue pack seems to go at a higher price.

Blue packs are uncirculated, brown boxes are proof.

In most cases the mintage of UNC's was greater.

For example
1971 -
UNC 6.8 mil.
Proof 4.2 mil

Not sure why your seeing differnt prices. For me I pay about the same
for both.
