Hi all,
I think I found a potential clipped planchet. I had one about a month back, but just looking to confirm if the one I've found now is truly a clipped planchet or not.

Being from 1974, it isn't as crisp as the 2014 I found previously.

Looking forward to your thoughts :)

Did you find that while coin roll hunting?

I'm always surprised when they show-up after decades of circulation.

Enjoy!

Hi Buddy-
Yep, I found that coin roll hunting. I was surprised too being that it has been in circulation for over 40 years.

Hard to believe, isn't it. When I started collecting, the 1909-SVDB had only been in circulation 45 years!

Nice find!

I found a 1946 Jefferson a couple weeks back with a clip. I was thinking how did that go 70 years without someone pulling it out of circulation. Pretty crazy!!
