It looks genuine but the price is PCGS/NGC certified VF+ money for a coin that barely makes VF and is uncertified. Pass.

This coin appears to be authentic, but it is highly counterfeited usually by adding a mintmark to a 1909 IHC. I would like to see close ups to see shape of the mintmark and its location to be sure. Therefore, I would pass on this coin for a number of reasons: overpriced, it is raw, and seller offers no returns.

Price and grade aside, it's just not a very attractive looking coin.

Definitely looks a little cleaned, overgraded, and overpriced. Not sure why he's holding it with his fingers... quite unusual.
