Hi - throughout my CRH career I've collected a small amount of foreign coins. The oldest date I identified was 1963 so none are particularly old. The last coin appears to be a blank coin (or maybe somehow the design was rubbed off). I know very little about these coins but can provide more pictures if it would help. I'm just wondering if any have any particular value or if they are all just face value coins. As always, thank you!!

You've got 150+ yen, 2+ British pounds, that's already something, if you have the possibility of exchanging them.

Not all of the others are still in circulation, in particular all of those from Turkey are denominated in the old lira.

As for the oldest, you have a pre-WW1 German pfennig (last photo, first row, #6) but I can't say if the date is discernible (should be right of the big "1") and even if it is, its condition seems to be rather bad.

You have nothing of special value in this lot. Face value at best.

There are some British coins. You can still use them in circulation. Same for the Euro cents and Yen.

The Turkish Lira coins are out of circulation now. Same for the old German, Dutch and Belgian coins.

The rest is too small in denomination to really bother about...

If you're interested in world coins, then this may be a very nice start!

I dont see anything with a value of more than a few cents to a dollar each...

Can you post a close up of the coin in the last pic that is the first one from the left in the second row? I suspect that that one may be silver because of its color...

I had many pounds of foreign coins including english pounds. sad part is if you are not going to that particular country most banks and financial inst. will not exchange them. it's too heavy to get them back to their country of origin and many coins have since changed over and are no longer valid currency eg. Mexico I gave my sister 90,000 pesos in mostly paper money and some coinage on her trip there, they proved out to be worthless.but all the same it's a nice collection. just enjoy them

The commemorative 50p is cool. Aside from the exchange value ($5-ish) there isn't much value.

You could probably sell the whole lot in ebay for about $8-12, to give you an idea.
