Think you are seeing what is called PIDT (Progressive Indirect Design Transfer) AKA "Ghosting".
This is common on LDS coins. The die strikes so many coins that the design is transferred from one die to the other.

I just see some crazy toning patches going on in that roll . was the paper wrapping clinched and tightly wrapped , or was the roll rather loosely wrapped ? How are the obverse's of this roll, new and bright , red and brown, or spotty ?

That are very distracting and lower the grade of the coins. They are sometimes referred to as spider webs. A bummer to find in a roll.

Die cracks and the raised area, if large enough, may be an IDB. Interesting cracks above the head. I am pretty much an amateur so wait for a second opinion from someone with more experience.

BTW, You may want to open a new topic when you have a different question about a coin. You will get more views and more answers.
