I went through the Italian thread. It is not to be entirely trusted, though:
- After a photoshopped Yugoslav note, I've now found a Straits Settlements 3/4 cent. Was there really such a coin?
- Then a Chinese coin that's described as '72 candarins'. Again, was there one? If a Chinese 10-cents coin was 7.2 candareens, this would be a dollar, but I can't find a dollar with such spelling from the province they mentioned (Kirin). Perhaps they misread '7.2' for '72'. Also, this NGC page mentions a 10-cents coin that says '.72' candareens. Might also be wrong, there's no photo anyway.

Added:
- Colombia 15000 pesos NCLT (from the Italian thread),
- several Venezuelan NCLTs (from this site),
- Venezuela leper colony 1/8 bolivar ('Bs 0.12 1/2') token.

- No, it's a known alteration.
It's apparently sufficiently common to show up in Krause's Unusual Coins, and thereby at NGC - which might be the reason why the Italians assumed it was real.
However, Straits Settlements never actually made any 3/4 cent coins (or any 1/3 cent coins for that matter).

- As for the Chinese coin - TL/DR is that the Chinese guys who made it had trouble with spelling English numerals.
It's a 10 cents, and the denomination is supposed to be 7.2 candareens; in fact the descriptions might well refer to (close varieties of) the exact same type.
See also: NGC page (with photos), CoinFactsWiki page, and an example with dotless 72 (second photo in the thread; note: I couldn't find the original on Delcampe, and couldn't find another example anywhere else either).

Fun fact (which the Chinese coin reminded me of): as the value of the Polish poltorak (dreipolker) succumbed to inflation, in 1661 the denomination legend (number in the orb) was changed from 24 (1/24 thaler, by then well outdated) to 60 (1/60 thaler, correct at the time).
Supposedly, one well-meaning mint worker in Lwow misunderstood what the 60 was for; there's now a rare variety that has 61 in the orb, representing the year (it's obviously the year because the digits on the sides of the orb, normally the last two of the year, are 16 on that variety - the first two of the year).
...I originally found that out when researching for this thread, a few months ago - for a moment I thought that I might have found a 1/61 thaler.

I notice that the list includes the Italian-occupied Albanian .05 and .2 lek, but not the .1 lek. Having just obtained a .2 lek, I just discovered this series.

Arkie, thanks for spotting that we were missing those two. Both added. Here's a Heritage example of the Jersey coin.

january1may, thanks as well, I've seen images of those before but only of much more regular denominations like 5, 10, or 100.

I'm also adding:
- Bhutan 30 ngultrums NCLT (Numista),
- Portuguese India Goa 4-1/2 (NGC), 7-1/2 (NGC), 15 (NGC) reis,
- this 3 dengi, it's something different from the usual 3s. But how do you describe its origin, the book says Russia-Moldova?

Moldavia and Wallachia is the traditional attribution.
It's basically (what is now) Moldova under Russian occupation, thus "Russia-Moldova".

Note that the picture you linked is of one of the many pattern types (apparently this one); this is the corresponding normal circulation type (which fortunately also says 3 dengi).

i don't know if you are counting tokens here, but I came across a 36 cent token from Canada. Capital Iron & Metals Ltd. from Victoria, B.C.

Pretty sure that would count, this thread is surprisingly inclusive.
Nice find, by the way!

Please allow me to introduce this 1822 1/24 Thaler of Anhalt-Bernburg to keep its Prussian neighbor company in the list.

This is a really neat little coin, not only is it struck off-center, it also has a planchet clip (look at that reverse legend across from the clip!)

BigSilver, 36c Canadian token added, thank you
paralyse, always nice to see the bear walking the city walls!

From the boring coin thread, Cameroon 4500 francs CFA which is shown along with several other similar issues in this Numista forum thread.
Are they considered NCLTs?

Edit:
The things linked above will not be added to the list as per following post. Unlike tokens and patterns, fantasy pseudo-coins are most certainly not allowed here.

Instead, added North Korean 60,000 won. There's supposed to have been a whole series of such one-ounce gold coins in 2007.

Anything denominated in Africas is probably a fantasy.
I have no idea why they're so common, however.

Since we're at it, would this be leigt?
The denomination appears to be 2014 for no other reason than this being the year this item was issued.

Can't see why it wouldn't be.

I found it a long time ago at Coinect, but wasn't sure how to link, because apparently links to that site are forbidden here when it's spelled properly.
