Coinfrog Bedrock of the Community United States 94367 Posts	Posted 08/15/2016 6:45 pm A bit of research yields little of value - a bunch of these notes were sent to Panama for general use and those not needed were returned. Apparently PCGS also uses this sidebar description. The S/Ns are very low, which looks like good pickings for specialty S/N collectors. Report this Post to the Staff
