Am I missing something? I can to ebay and order the 2016 Canada Master Club Exclusive #2 - Orca - $20 Pure Silver Scallop-Edged Coin, but yet I can't order one from the RCM and I'm MC Platinum.

@rjlavoie Go to your RCM account and track your order. I show one coming to me free of charge without me even knowing it was available. Let me know if it shows up on your account.

I got excited when I saw a new orders as of August 30. Turns out it's just my 5 coin packs of loonies. No box, no redemption code, no coin for me.

No free coin for me, I'm not high enough on the MC, only regular Platinum. But you would think that if I could get one on ebay that the mint would want to sell me one.

I saw it on new September releases last week and then it disappeared. I am platinum prestige so I automatically get one. It has not been launched. I did not get an advance notice about the scalloped orca as well. I believe it will be launched next week.

I'm pretty sure my buddy working out of his garage could organize the RCM website and masters club email notification system in no time and it would actually work accurately. Again, one would assume issues affecting MC members would've addressed quickly, but apparently not.

Their complete website has been revamped thus the hiccups. If everything worked perfectly in a perfect world, what would there be to discuss? :))))))

Don't understand@redzapsid Simply referring to what was said that someone working out of their garage would be able to do a better job. I was just stating that there were probably issues with implementing the RCM's new website. There is always room for errors. Nothing and no one is perfect. I believe that the Reps at RCM are as frustrated as you and I all are. I don't believe that they wish to spend their working days fielding questions about all that is happening at RCM right now. Coins are not the problem.

The revamp of the website is a poor excuse. The issues with their website have been going on for years. An error here or there is reasonable but I can recall several instances in just the last few weeks. If the website has hiccups, they should've delayed its launch. Telling MC members they will receive a free box, than saying they've changed their minds has absolutely nothing to do with the website.

After the close of the Program Year, you will receive a Masters Club Rewards redemption code***, redeemable for Eligible RCM Products**. Available to Masters Club PLATINUM level and higher" BTW, I asked about the free box that was supposed to be sent in August and got a very unsatisfactory response that "they are still finalizing when the boxes will be shipped". That was a couple of weeks ago....
