Has anyone received their redemption code or reward yet?

No. This is getting ridiculous. Was it not stated that it would take 12 weeks after July 1,2016? Now we are at 15th. What is going on?

I have received nothing, but I did just complete a Surevey that they emailed me, in the email it said my name would be entered into a draw to win a $250 shopping spree. however no where in the Survey did I ever enter my name..
This is frustrating for me and has left a bad taste in my mouth I might have to consider a different mint to start collecting coins from

Haven't done the survey yet but the link in the e-mail is almost certainly unique to the user and therefore, they know you completed the survey. One would hope that they don't link the user with responses but you never know. I was originally told I'd get a redemption code, then came the correction e-mail signed by John Moore, VP of Sale at the Mint, saying I would instead get a free wooden box in AUGUST 2016. I asked my rep last month what happened to the free box and he said they were still trying to decide when they would be sent out. And six weeks later and still nothing. On a related note, does anyone happen to have contact information for Mr. Moore or even Sandra Hanington. I would be happy to express my frustration directly with either of them. Somehow I think it would be easier to get Mr. Trudeau to pick up the tab for lunch or the Queen to join me for a few pints at the Legion some Friday afternoon. Added: I eventually got around to doing the survey. All about x for x coins....what a waste of time. lol. But given they are curious about them, I'd suggest they are planning changes to the FV program.

Like in every big company / organization, the Mint has department, where the employees work on effectiveness, upgrades, innovations, etc. As a result of their work, come changes, re-organizations, many documents sent out, and all kind of surveys among them. Generally, no one interested, what are the inputs of the surveys, their generation and distribution proves existence of the department.
Promise to enter the name of the participant to some draw with the prizes - nothing, but cheap trick to increase participation rate.
Do you still fill surveys?

they did contact me and like was stated earlier when you click on the link your automatically entered, maybe I am getting old. I fill them out because I believe there is more chance of my comments getting noticed then through email or a phone call after waiting on hold

Its OK, Chuck
For you, this is the way to express your comments, wishes, proposals. It understandable.
And marketing people understand it as well. And they use it. Belief and hope - these keep us going on, and exactly these widely abused by sort of surveys, flyers, adds

Of course surveys like this are marketing or more specifically, they are market research. I also view them as a good quid pro quo. For 10-15 minutes of my time, I get to see possible directions the Mint may be going. For instance, the last survey I did revealed a lot of the coins planned for 2017 celebrations and I've already seen a few of them issued over the past couple of months. Talk about advanced notice. :) I have no illusions of winning anything or getting anything concrete from doing surveys. BTW, I waste way more of my time on things like this forum than I ever do completing RCM surveys and I never get any rewards, not even a t-shirt or nothin', from CCF.

@CC-Ottawa By the way, RCM sent me a time sensitive survey yesterday on face value coins. I could win a $250.00 shopping spree. Lol Lots of questions and I got to have my say. Whether they care what I have to say, we will have to see. I was also asked if I could be contacted. I said YES.

It looked like the surevey results might determine how they preceed with the face value coins lots of questions about them on it. I cannot recall how man 20 for 20's etc I bought in the last 24 months. but I did the best I could.

This is really starting to bother me now. Has anyone received their redemption code / annual reward? What are reps saying about this?

Lol. Yeah, a couple of weeks is what I was told as well several times including last week. I don't expect the code to be sent out this year. I just received 4 shipping notifications for a coin I ordered. That's 4 notifications for 1 coin. I hope when/if I get the redemption code, it gets sent 4 times as well.

What is going on with those shipping notices? Seriously, I too, received 3 notifications this morning for the same coin. This all started when RCM presumed that Canada Post was going on strike. What a disaster.
