Guys, really, I'm not trying to be snarky, but I do occasionally read your RCM posts just to feel better about my US mint orders.

The shipping notices are excessive agreed. If the tracking info was included the multiple emails would make more sense. Every time something happens to your package an email is sent. One for shipping label created, one for picked up, another for sorted, another for in transit... and on and on, finally another for delivered. They were putting hot link tracking numbers in the email then stopped. Who knows why

If that is the case, mine should be in my mail box right now. But It also noted my order was "partially shipped". I only ordered 1 coin.

Got shipping notifications for some "free" Gold Delta coins last month  I'm afraid there's nothing we can do about these emails. I've tried and have given up. I accept it, wait patiently, and will take any freebies they want to send.

There used to be a Mint employee posting here....she lasted for a very short time and that was back a few years ago when the hobby was thriving.
Today, any poster here who worked for the Mint would need flame retardant underwear. That said, I'd be surprised if someone from the Mint didn't at least lurk here from time to time.
Just in case, they are out there, this redemption code/free box situation is ridiculous.

RCM (or their employees) monitor these forums I'm sure as it impacts their business (or may I say they should monitor). If they do monitor then they're not listening or.... if they don't they don't give a d*mn

@onecad, I received the same e-mail. Following up with my rep got me nowhere and so far I haven't been able to find contact information for Mr. Moore. lol Seriously, why is the Mint not concerned about the 50-100 customers (ok maybe 10 regular posters) who read this forum.

RCM rescinded this? @CC-Ottawa "Seriously, why is the Mint not concerned about the 50-100 customers who read this forum " RCM should be concerned as this is their business. If it was a private enterprise I'm sure they'd take note of the many negative comments being raised. And may I add with good reason

You aren't getting the codes because they bungled the program. It just isn't happening.
