How much is the redemption code anyway? 1%, 2% of the total value spent throughout the year? If it is 1%, big deal, not worth it - spend $2000 get $20 back, spend $5000 get $50 back. Rather get the case instead.

Sent an email to rep about redemption code the other day. Received email this AM stating that the code should be mailed today or tomorrow.

I've been told the redemption code was a few days from being issued....
Several months ago. Don't hold your breath waiting.

Anyone waiting for a case, if you happen to be in contact with RCM, ask them when the release date is for it, item #145978 . I'll bet the reps are looking at incorrect information on the release date. There is a new feature on the RCM web site called "My Collection". It's a history of your RCM purchases or orders. It can sort the items by release date, showing the newest items first. My Master Club case, item 145978 is listed second on the list just behind the "EXCLUSIVE Masters Club Coin Series: COIN #3 - 99.99% Pure Silver Polar Bear with Blue Enamel" If I remember right, when that polar bear coin was for sale, it had a wacked out release date of something like 40 years from now. For some reason, I cannot see the details of the MC box itself, I get the message "We're sorry. The page you are trying to view is exclusively available to Masters Club members." I can see the details of my order for it. I am MC last year when my free box was shipped out (Jan 15 2016) and I still am MC. I've ordered several items since the free case was sent out, so those items should be shown before the case when the My Collection is sorted by date. |

There was nothing from the mint in my mailbox. Looks like the elusive redemption code escapes again.

I haven't bought anything since they first mentioned the redemption codes back in early summer.

Excalibur, NuMoose, PocketChange, BiBo, Yup, Neil....and others that I do not remember names, were active collectors, MC members. The fact, that they do not participate here, is evidence that they not interested in NCLT anymore. The reasons could be different, but I would blame the flood of NCLT and bullion from everywhere, and disability of RCM to keep the "mid-layer collectors" - people who are old customers, but can not spend much money on the new coins. |
