This 1851 N-31 Braided Hair large cent is in an NGC slab. Attractive coin with full luster and only a couple of minor carbon spots; traces of mint red survive. The strike is full, and sharp. How do you think NGC graded it?

Not my series for sure, but I would venture either a very choice 58 or 64BN. Beauty!

63BN also...nice. the only minor flaw is a little weakness on the reverse strike.

I'm going to go out on a limb and say MS details. The color of the obverse seems to be a little spotchy. May have been cleaned but has since retoned.
