The only reason to get it slabbed, in my opinion, is if that's your preference for storing it and keeping it safe. If you intend to sell the coin, you probably wouldn't get your money back because of the fee for grading and the additional fee that's charged for error coins. I got one of my clipped cents slabbed. It was a total waste of money except it was my first error find and I've had it for years so there is some sentimental attachment to it. Report this Post to the Staff
