So here is the 1 million dollar question... is the coin worth getting it professionally graded? and if so what grading company would ya'll recommend.

Nope it would not be worth getting graded. It is 2x2 worthy.

Lucky find especially for a 29s. I have a couple rolls of 29s and d`s and all I got are regular coins.
Rest in Peace

Very nice find!

The only reason to get it slabbed, in my opinion, is if that's your preference for storing it and keeping it safe.

If you intend to sell the coin, you probably wouldn't get your money back because of the fee for grading and the additional fee that's charged for error coins.

I got one of my clipped cents slabbed. It was a total waste of money except it was my first error find and I've had it for years so there is some sentimental attachment to it.
