According to the RCM website, there are 2 coins listed as master club coins. I'm not sure if 1 is just the low COA that is available to mc or the coin as well.
Another glass coin, another drusy stone, one with translucent agate, some huge coins not worth looking at for low level platinum mc member like me. The gold maple canopy looks nice but a gold just killed the series for me as its out of my price range. I still can't view the '67 big coins.

I was told by my rep. The big coins were only available as the series. He wouldn't send me just the dollar.

If you're Platinum MC and you want to view the big coins, look under Sold Out.

The single dollar is listed as well in the Sold Out section.

Nothing from my rep on this release so I guess he's on vacation. That's one problem when you have a rep...it's a single point of failure because you no longer get mass e-mails or notification from the Mint.

Anyway, the glass tree is at least a lower mintage (7k) than some other Murano coins but boy is it ugly. Plus the slight price increase...

Big coins - commissioned and likely will appear on the Shopping Channel next week. I'd echo others in that a mirrored field would be better. Of all the Big Coins, these would be my favourite but as a set, they are just too expensive for me as a collector.

Sadly, the rest of the new release seems to be a blur of more of the same old recycled themes and designs.

I agree. The only highlight with the October RCM release is the big coin series. The rest are so repetitive.

Also, even though I have a rep and I do get advance notice, I also subscribe to the RCM regular email. That is how I know when coins are released to the general public.

Sorry I wasn't quite clear on the e-mail thing. I was referring to MC notice not so much the gen pop release.

Before getting a rep, I always received automated notification from the Mint as MC advance notice. I also got invites to Mint events etc.

Since having a rep (for a few years now), everything comes through him so if he has a nap, I miss out. That would have happened with the Voyageur if I had not logged on to the website and ordered it. My rep sent his e-mail after it sold out.

Anyway, it's not a big deal because every release is well know on these pages long before my rep tells he anything. Sometimes he seems to be the last to know.

And since having a rep, I don't get invited to special events at more.

I never get invites. Platinum Presrige. Maybe nothing in Toronto?

I also have to tell him about the special offers on website. If he cannot do, I do via web.

I've been pushing hard the past few months to have the same opportunity to be notified as those at the same MC level that are using reps. I was suppose to have a definitive answer by last Friday but it's been delayed again. I've had many email and phone exchanges with the RCM regarding how MC members are notified (enabled to place an order) and I'm assured it's an issue that they're looking at.

I think a notice should be release to all MC X levels at the same time, if I want to go to the web-site to place my order and other want to call their rep, our choice.

All businesses take care of their best clients. Why should someone who spends 2,000 have the same advance as someone who spends 10,000? No offence. This is how businesses are run today.

Complaining via email or phone does absolutely nothing. I know. This is why I never fill out surveys for them anymore. No one responds at customer service when I email. They are not listening. They do not care.

Have to admit that the Polar bear with diamond glitter is interesting. Wish they had real pics or a video of it.

It has potential to be good.

Noticing on the CCC website the 4th Weather Phenomenon, very thankfully is not an autumn maple leaf. It's a "Fiery Sky", comes with a black light. I'm very happy with that...my brief whim away from circulation and NCLT SD/commemorative collecting into a NCLT series is now complete. I believe it also includes a case, not sure what it looks like but if it's worthwhile I'll post pics once it arrives.

One of them is called "Exclusive" Master Club coin and the other just Master Club coin.

Confusing, what is the difference between the 2? Does it mean one is available to everyone and one only to MC members?

Or is the low COA that is the difference? Anyways, I wouldn't call up to 1500, "low".

Had to share these pics. What a nice looking coin with low mintage of 500. 1kg and 102mm diameter so it should be stunning in person. And then the bad news $2329.95.
