Has anyone received a redemption code from the RCM yet? They were supposed to be issued by now, in place of the mc wooden box that was cancelled. Does anyone have any info? My rep says he doesn't know what's going on and that they're working on it. |

According to RCM's website, the Rewards Program began July 1, 2016 and the rewards will be paid at the close of the program year - which is next year, June 30, 2017. Does anyone really expect RCM plans to engage in give-aways that aren't publicly disclosed........?    http://www.mint.ca/store/mint/custo...-9800014#q20 |

That is for the current mc cycle. I'm referring to the cycle that ended in July. I was told codes would be sent out within 12 weeks, which has come and passed. I got an email in June saying a wooden box would be sent to me for free, than it was retracted and I was told a redemption code would be issued instead and it should be issued by August 2016.

Talked to my rep last week about this, his reply was that it should come by the end of October and the discount would be for 1.5 %. So the case that was received last year was worth $130.00, how much will you have to spend to get that much back at the 1.5% ?

So then you contacted the person who told you this and...? It would seem your dissatisfaction about what you were promised is between you and RCM. My point was that RCM has never publicly promised to pay Rewards for the previous program year. It may well be that Reps have access to a discretionary customer retention fund whereby they can reward disgruntled clients who are upset about not getting the wooden box, if they so choose. That's very routine in the world of sales and the reality is, when it comes to discretionary incentives, not all clients are considered equal. Edited by wildflowerAB

This wasn't told to be by my rep, it was an email that was sent to many mc members, not just me.
I've contacted me rep several times over the last few months. He said he is just as puzzled as I am and that they are still trying to work it out.
