This graded MS64 from PCGS but I see a huge bag mark through the "In" on the observe as well as through the TY in Liberty. Or are those die cracks instead of marks? How did this grade 64 with those big marks? Or is this a mistake from the TPG? Thanks!

Not a scratch. Looks like a die break. Very common on Peace a Dollars. If you look carefully , another behind the Tiara. Through TY of Liberty. Not that super of photos , but that would be my best guess.

The line through TY in Liberty is clearly a die crack. The other probably is too but we'd need better images to be sure. It might be a scratch on the holder too. The odds of it being a scratch on the coin are very low.

I'd have to say die breaks or scratches on the holder. I doubt any grader would let scratches of this size get past them. The coin looks every bit a 64 from the photos.

Turn the coin in the light and if they are raised they are die breaks. Hard to tell from 2D scans.
If they are die breaks, the coin is a nice MS-64.
