Thanks All..!! Quote: Can you post the obverse photo? I like the die crack progression on the 45a obverse. Sure...Here it is Phil..There is also a d/c in the N of CANADA......and the I..and the C in that obv.. We certainly have to thank Dr Haxby for his fine work again, and his detailed photos and notes. BTW.. Are there any other J3a's out there that our viewers here could post..?..The offset 9 makes it look like it was hit twice with a sharp chisel . ..so strange.. . .

I too, was a late comer compared to Dr. Haxby, Bill, Brad, and others. Akin to the above, I have been an accumulator of 59 vickies for years, but was unable to go decipher what I had until Dr. Haxby's site became available. Thank you Jim. During the heyday of the old CCRS site, my primary focus and postings concerned colonial tokens, but I studied and absorbed all postings of the 59 vickies, etal.
The following is my inventory of 59 Vickies having repunching to the 9. This listing is according to Dr. Haxby's attributions. p.s. as presented, one will notice that I collect these according to die-stages.

Doug's post of his inventory gives us the best indication so far of the relative scarcity of DP9 varieties. Thanks Doug, for sharing that with us. It is a very impressive collection!
Aren't 1859's fun! And this is just the DP9's. There is so much more.
