Hmmm is that a scratch on reverse under the A in states to the left of the bell tower? Even with that it's at least a MS63 for sure!

No it's not a scratch, just the colour of the coin. But there are a few stains/circles (like above the O in God) that are on the coin

MS 63 ... maybe .. I would not think MS 64

With the spots and hits, on obverse, not the best eye appeal.

perhaps it I a technical 63. but I would not buy it for more than melt with the poor eye appeal when it is so commonly available in much more appealing grades
