to CCF. Looks like a very late die state aka VLDS also known as a worn die. Give it a bit for a pro to chime in.

John1 is correct. Your coin was struck by a die near retirement. Note the lines are flowing towards the closest rim direction. Just a spendable coin unless you want an example of a VLDS coin for your collection. They are sometimes helpful to show a new collector about die wear, but not a premium coin.
