In the 90's they published a few of mine, one a 1/2 page Guest Commentary in 1999.. In their Feb. 23,2009 edition was the results of a Bank of England investigation with their Bank Note Supplier, questioning how a rejected sheet marked & pulled from production, can end up back in the production line receiving a 3rd set of serial numbers printed over the inspector rejection marks and enter Circulation.. Fast forward to today, no 2nd example from the 40 subject sheet has been confirmed.. Report this Post to the Staff
