In the 90's they published a few of mine, one a 1/2 page Guest Commentary in 1999..
In their Feb. 23,2009 edition was the results of a Bank of England investigation with their Bank Note Supplier, questioning how a rejected sheet marked & pulled from production, can end up back in the production line receiving a 3rd set of serial numbers printed over the inspector rejection marks and enter Circulation..
Fast forward to today, no 2nd example from the 40 subject sheet has been confirmed..
