To my santa, I would like something not on my want list, something that you collect. That way I can see different aspects of the hobby

Quote: I have received Secret Santa gifts in the past that are outside my collecting interests and I think that is a Good thing, It gave me new areas of numismatics to explore and has widened my knowledge at the same time. i couldnt agree more, the last 2 years I havent had any lists up and have been more than happy with the selection I had received, I enjoy the excitement of something new, so if you are reading this and I am your assignment go ahead surprise me I know I will like it! and if you are still wondering what to send I do like gold

Well, considering I'm a newer person around these parts, I tried to submit to the list, but it may not be updated in time. If you're my santa and you're curious what I collect, I enjoy Morgans especially, but I like any old american coin, and pre 20th century English and European coinage. But whatever you'd like to send is fine by me :)

Wow, the post office was a madhouse around lunchtime Monday; keep that in-mind if you still have to make a visit... the next couple Monday's will probably be progressively worse, and I doubt the rest of the week will be much better.

Some good advice there It took me the best part of twenty minutes to get a parcel off to the Northern hemisphere than ended up costing me $41.18 as well. As long as it gets there before Christmas it will be worth it
