Well I guess a Mod. Did not read the request.

I did read it. Twice. I did not see anything written about not sharing our excitement of sending parcels... I suggest you go back and reread the post.

Is anyone going to wait until either Christmas Eve or Christmas day to open your secret Santa gift? Just curious. I'm thinking about waiting until Christmas Eve. I love the anticipation.

Wow, if my gift is anything like Numisma received I'll be feeling quite sheepish... I took the "$5-$10 value" seriously, and only sent a single coin that I was fairly confident fell into that range.... I hope I don't disappoint my receiver!

One question: when we send the gift, do we have to tell the recipent who we are?

Nice Fish Scale, Fuzzy.

I've put my recipient's envelope in the mail. I expect it to arrive within a week or so.

Please don't feel sheepish. Everyone who participates understands the "value" rule of Secret Santa. No one should expect more than this, although there have been some very generous gifts given over the years. That is perfectly fine too, of course. Secret Santa is for fun. It's not a competition. I doubt that anyone puts their package together merely for bragging rights. For the past two years I've only sent one coin too. One coin is really all I ever expect anyway. You did good.
