1934 D Quarter Obverse Error?

It does not look like a DDO like I see in pictures, but it does not look normal to me.

I see it on the 4 in the date
Or maybe the "U" in Trust.
Or maybe just in my head.
Not sure which.

Plus if you feel like offering a grade, that would be great too.

This is the "heavy motto" 1934-D, AU55 would be my grade; looks like a late die state coin, and I suspect the 4 in 1934 is either a strike-through, die chip, or just die wear, and I think that same die wear and recutting/polishing are what you are seeing on some of the lettering. This is an underrated scarcer coin in the series in any grade, and gets very scarce and very expensive above MS64. The looks of this coin suggest that it briefly circulated and was then pulled and placed into an album/coin board or possibly even a roll where it acquired a bit of toning along the way. Very attractive coin.

It might be a Struck Through Grease issue. That would make the devices appear as wider/larger.

That's what I was thinking when I first saw the 4 also coop that it may have been affected by grease,nice coin crazyglue!
