Typically if I business committed to selling an item and then badly botched the ordering process, customers would be outraged. RCM appears to be different. Bad service instead turns into something resembling a hunt or game, resulting in a much greater level of gratification that's achieved when the promised item is eventually received (won). I wonder if RCM's marketing physiology is modelled from The Stockholm Syndrome...  |

RCM is the Canadian monopoly and can do what it feels like. Poor service, botched ordering system and the like only to have a majority of their coins devalue over time. Seems like the devalue times are getting increasingly shorter. This is why many collectors are looking for other sources. Can't blame them.

What is up with the RCM shipping notices? I get 2 back to back notices for the same item. Also, lately I am getting shipping notices for items I received quite awhile ago. Unbelievable how messed up their system is. My order for this coin still says "processing". |

New1954, same thing happening to me. Received 3 shipping notices for same coin and my MC coin is still processing also. My rep assured me I'm getting it but I'll believe it when it arrives. It was already cancelled twice and I had to raise heck with my rep to get one. Things seem really messed up there !
