For what it's worth, the order doesn't look like other cancelled orders I have which show cancelled consistently everywhere (profile page and detail). Maybe they are working their way through all of the orders to try to fix the mess they clearly created today. My order was accepted and confirmed Monday AM. I see... hope that was just a glitch and you can get it in the end. I have also asked my rep to place an order for me, I couldn't find the order in my order status and asked him to double check, and this morning he gave me an order number as proof. Don't know what is the fate of my order.

If CC-Ottawa is correct, none of us are assured of getting the coin. There is no reason his coin should be cancelled because he ordered only one coin yesterday, long before the current fiasco.

I ordered one coin via my rep yesterday and I can confirm my order has not been cancelled.

Even with all the problems, I admire the fact they're trying to ensure all MC Platinum members have a chance to get at least 1 coin.

That would be true if there wasn't this problem to begin with. Right now, they are just trying to redeem themselves. There doesn't seem to be anything about the program that has played out as advertised yet. Of course they had to cancel orders. If mc members found out others got many and they got none, it could be the nail in the coffin.

I'm calling off the dogs.  My order has been update and now shows as " status: processing". Looks like they really are making sausage after hours at the Mint tonight. Sorry for the mini crisis. Carry on.

I am a platinum member and have been one. I was offered a representative and I talked to him yet I have yet to get an email or call from him. Now it is 7:20 EST and I am waiting

@koala2008, As of now they still have stock online. You may have a good chance since they increased the mintage by 300 coins from the first coin. Your rep is not going call you, they rarely do unless there is a problem. Either you have to wait for his/her email or keep refreshing the RCM site. Its possible the site will be come available to Platinum members tonight around midnight or earlier. Keep refreshing it tonight as much as possible. If the website does not load with the coin tonight, keep going to it early next morning, maybe around 6 am. Keep trying, don't give up, and good luck.

Just checked my account and the order I placed today through the web site has vanished, there it absolutely no trace of it. I also checked my credit card account and there is an authorized transaction on my account for the order. Lets hope they don't conveniently forget to cancel that too. RCM what a sad sad organization.

mts from another coin forum just showed us one great trick to track lost order. ---------------------------------------------------------------------------- ---------------------------------------------------------------------------- Here is "cool hacker's" trick to view "lost orders" : open any of your orders in a new browser window/tab, you'll see current order number at the end of URL. Instead of this number, type the number of your "lost" order and press enter. ---------------------------------------------------------------------------- ----------------------------------------------------------------------------

@Jackalope You are welcome. On your " lost " order's order status, does it show " cancelled " or " new order "? If shows " new order ", you are still safe if shows " cancelled ", your order had been cancelled.
