Ok, I give up. My order is now completely CANCELLED. I have no idea what they are doing, and obviously, neither do they.

Does your order status shows " cancelled " ?
Possible reason? ordered from rep and ordered online?

JS, the order is completely cancelled.
Order Date: Oct 24, 2016 Order Status: Cancelled as of Oct 25, 2016
My only order of this coin placed via my rep Monday morning.

Are you a Level 3 Platinum Member?
Apparently the first release of the Renewed Silver Dollar is for Platinum Level 4 and Level 5 members only.
I am a Platinum Level 3 member. Late yesterday afternoon I e-mailed my Rep and requested him to order me 1 Renewed Silver Dollar. He responded no problem and done.
Today at noon I received an e-mail from him stating he did not realize yesterday that I was not a Level 4 or 5 Platinum member and could not reserve me a Coin since I was only a Level 3 and Coin was not released to the Level 3 Members as of yet.
Hopefully I can get one from his waiting list.....

That could be it tender4848. Maybe something will happen tomorrow, maybe not. Guess my rep hasn't had time to let me know what's going on.

Lol. This is just a joke. If MC members get this runaround, I can only imagine what it will be like for me to order anything next year when I'm at the cupronickel tier of the MC program.

I believe the RCM is trying to do the right thing even though it looks like everything is going wrong. They are working their way down the tiers.

Yes, but this should have been sorted out in, say, July 2015 at the latest. The program is a huge flop.

OKay, since I am platinum plus and didn't get any web notice, I spent 1 hour trying to get hold of a rep today and finally placed an order for one coin. I am very very busy at work, so taking an hour to play games on the phone to buy one coin is not easy for me.
2 hours after I got off the phone I noticed my order was cancelled!!
I AM SO ANGRY!
(Also, why are the two silver butterfly coins I ordered still 'processing'? It has been a good 10 or 15 days now ... )

@CC-Ottawa Understood. What a tragedy, created by RCM. This morning, there were 200pcs available on RCM's website for Platinum Prestige with no quantity limit. Wondering will RCM cancel order on Platinum Prestige if order 10+ pcs on RCM's website?
