First let me say this is an awesome site for any coin collector...very knowledgeable people on here...this is a 2006 dime error..just not sure what it would be classified as?

It looks like it could be both but I'm leaning towards a die crack.

I was leaning toward a die break...haven't seen any quite like it though.

Yes I think so Cheifbrody, I just reread the rules (top right of page). I apologize for talking about about ebay with you, I think you have to have a certain amount of posts before you can do that.

The Russian flag doesn't have a sickle: the flag of the Soviet Union, of which Russia was a significant part, had one, though.

Anyway, to me this looks like a hefty die crack and certainly a great find!
