I was working at my cash register this morning, and some lady gave me this $20 bill. I noticed while putting it in the drawer that the serial number was off a little bit. Is this considered an error?

Interesting, I'm not sure if it's valuable or not.

It may be like OC coins, where very slightly off ones don't carry a big premium.

get you a RedBook united states paper money. Not sure if it would bring a premium. not out of line that bad. if it was a major error it would be worth 50 to 100 over face depending on the grade
